Register Early
Some classes fill quickly, others may be cancelled due to insufficient interest. Confirmation of a placement in the class is not complete until full payment is received, or until arrangements have been made by our office at least 3 working days prior to the first class.
A minimum of 3 paid registrants are required to run regular scheduled classes. If the minimum is not reached every effort will be made to run the class however Southwind reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. Southwind will contact participants with the details prior to starting the class.
If a client has to miss classes for which payment was made, then those classes can be rescheduled once within 3 months. If notice of re-booking is less than 3 business days then a 10% administration fee will be charged and if the class is not taken within 3 months then the fee is non-refundable.
If the weather is severe enough to reschedule a class, the instructor will contact the participants to make other arrangements. Please ensure your daytime and evening contact #'s are on your application. Should localized weather prevent your attendance you are required to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
A 10% administration fee will be retained on all applications for which refunds are requested. Requests for refunds for any class must be received 3 working days prior to commencement date. The refund of fees paid by VISA or MASTERCARD will be in the form of a credit to the participant's credit card. No refunds will be granted if less that 3-days notice is given. In the event that classes are cancelled by Southwind then full refunds will be issued or other arrangements made.
If a client feels that they would like to retake a class they can do so within 6 months, There will be no charge but will depend on available seating.

NSF Charges
In the event that a payment is returned NSF a $20.00 charge will be applied and full payment must be made by cash, certified cheque or money order.
